Review summary

My name is Gloria Bock...this is my 5th prowl.  My hubby is Marker and information technology was his get-go cruise.

We enjoyed our cruise very much.

The dining room service was excellent.  We felt our needs were met and the nutrient was delicious.  The staff was friendly and very all-around.  We dined in the Moonlight at 6pm Saturday and Dominicus night.  Remarkable service.

Nosotros started the prowl with a couple's massage.  It was unbelievable-the massage therapist were outstanding, friendly and very patient.  It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.  Our massage was 28April at 845pm.  Remarkable service.

Room service was very good.  Our room was tidy and kept clean.  The room servant was friendly, polite and wished me Happy Birthday on my very special twenty-four hours. Remarkable service.  We were in room 2001.

Deck 11 was wonderful.  In that location was enough of sitting areas to include an area for smokers.  I practice non smoke but my married man did enjoy a cigar or two.  Very overnice pool and spa areas.  The downfall was ....it was difficult to get a cool drink.  The water bottles were room temperature and that was the but negative on the 11th deck.  No cold drinks....ice melted before I got back to my chair.  Thank y'all

Arrival and deviation procedures are fast, convient, and organized.  Much improved process.  The staff was keen....friendly....and very helpful.   Very nice

At present comes the nearly hard office of the prowl to explain.  On 29 April we debarked in Nassau and toured the metropolis.  Nosotros wondered into a jewelry store.  My hubby was taken by a specific ring and we spent two-4 hours milling well-nigh purchasing it and how nosotros could mayhap purchase it.  The store management and staff were wonderful.  Pleasant, friendly and eager (of course) to assist.  Nosotros did not realize that the store closed at 530pm.  We were about to exit the store when a mutual price was reached and we were very happy.  The process that followed was fast, friendly and we left with our purchase satisfied.  We boarded the ship, changed, and attended dinner in the dining room.  Of a sudden, I was approached by the police and asked to go to guest services and speak to someone at that place.  I tin can't fifty-fifty remember the chat.  I was instantly stressed and the anxiety inside was heightened because other diners were watching and staring and I was left wondering what happened.  I imagined a expiry in my family and never imagined information technology would be near the band that nosotros so happily just purchased.  Some how I managed to get through in the main class and and then I was approached by another staff member and she explained that it had to do with the ring we had purchased and we needed to come to guest relations at 8pm to speak with her about it.  She was very pleasant, informative but again I was on stage and people were staring and watching and I felt like I was going to loose my dinner.  After dinner we saw a piddling scrap of our planned comedy evidence and then we had to go out for the meeting.  The whole process with the coming together went well.  It was fast and she was nice and apologetic.  The problem stemmed from the jewelers store.  The director had credited my husbands credit card instead of charging my husbands credit card and now she was trying to keep us from having to go dorsum into town.  Well, to be frank, i wish we would've went back into town, turned back the ring and never looked back...3May I now have received an e-mail from the jewelers.  The management needs us to print off the attachment, sign the paper and scan it back to them.  I don't fifty-fifty know how to do that.  So today I am sitting here ponderering if I should just  box up the ring and send information technology back.  This has now become a burden instead of the wonderful approval that was intended from my hubby.  My husband has never spent this amount on whatsoever jewelry pieces in his life and for him to purchase information technology for me was not piece of cake for him to brainstorm with.  Don't get me wrong,,,,it is beautiful just the embarrassment I have suffered in the process has dampened the joy.  So after we jumped through all the hoops we were told we were good to go and went to our rooms..emotionally drained.  The final day arrived....we were headed for the beach.  Yay....not so much.  I am checked out-pulled bated and told I could non leave.  The police made a phone telephone call and nosotros were allowed to get out afterward it was cleared.  Again...embarrassed in line...being detained and not allowed to leave the ship.  Where can I take this ring!  It is not worth all this embarrassment.

And then today I received a survey well-nigh my cruise.  It would've been great....if

I had already booked some other prowl with RC for side by side Apr2018 and I have called to cancel and I was informed information technology will cost me $100 to abolish the trip.  Not because of RC but considering to 's policies.  And then now practise I through away the $100-or what should I do.

In the stop...my husband had a cracking transport experience and that was my goal.  I am sorry that I allow him become into that jewelry store and fall in love with this ring.  Now I have to tell him this evening...it is non over love.  Help me effigy what we take to exercise next.
